Photo, order and privacy terms

My Goofy Pet is offered by Furry Fiesta Finds, the seller and payment-collecting business. Checkout uses the seller’s selected Stripe account. Your purchased digital files are delivered by email under the terms below.

What we store

The form stores the photo you choose, your entered email, pet name, species, quirks, selected collection, order reference and consent version. We use these details to fulfill your chosen package, communicate with you and keep the order record.

The browser prepares a resized JPEG copy before upload. Photos are stored in platform object storage; brief details are stored in a platform database. The signed-in owner can retrieve them. Photos are not placed in a public gallery, and providing a photo is not permission to use it in marketing.

AI-generated product

The product uses AI to transform the photo and write a poem or generate optional music from the customer's details. The order form asks for consent to the disclosed processing. Production is supervised. In this workflow, artwork and text are created with OpenAI tools, and optional songs are created with Suno. Only the photo and brief details needed for the relevant item are supplied; song creation can use the pet’s name and personality details without the photo.

Delivery terms

Your first complete package includes every purchased item and will be emailed within 24 hours after payment is verified and we have a usable photo and complete brief, including weekends. The 24-hour clock starts once all three requirements are met. You receive one finished package, rather than separate previews for each item.

One consolidated revision round is included: reply to the delivery email within 7 days of delivery with one request covering corrections to all purchased items and the original brief. A new pet, photo, concept or style is outside that included scope. The 24-hour promise covers the first complete package; no separate revision turnaround is promised here. Statutory consumer rights are not limited.

The delivery clock begins only after payment is verified and a usable photo and complete brief have been received.

Tax collection

No tax is added at checkout while registration is pending. This is a collection decision, not a claim that the seller or purchase is tax-exempt.

File specifications

Digital files only; no physical print, frame or shipping. The demonstrated portrait export is a 1254 × 1254-pixel sRGB JPG. Portraits may be supplied as JPG or PNG, with the actual pixel dimensions stated in the package. We do not promise large-format or newly generated 300-dpi artwork. The current sample supports approximately a 4-inch square print at 314 pixels per inch; larger canvases or a DPI label do not add image detail.

• One coloring-page design, supplied as separate US Letter and A4 PDFs, suitable for home printing. Raster line art, not vector artwork.
• Phone wallpaper: 1080 × 1920 pixels; profile image: 1024 × 1024 pixels, JPG or PNG. Our verified sample uses JPGs with a cream mat; these layouts do not increase the portrait’s native detail.
• Before-and-after reveal: silent MP4. Verified sample: 1080 × 1920, H.264, 24 fps, 7 seconds. This is a photo transition, not an animated pet.
• Career Mode: three portrait files total of the same pet. Optional printable poem card: PDF. Optional theme song: one MP3 and plain-text lyric sheet; duration and technical details are stated with the delivered file. The Biscuit example is about 72 seconds, not a promised duration for every song.

Files are delivered together by email, normally in a ZIP package. Download and keep them. Letter/A4 layouts have been digitally checked; we do not claim a physical print test or guarantee every printer or phone crops identically.

Providers and necessary sharing

The service uses OpenAI for AI artwork/text and Sites hosting and storage, Suno for optional AI songs, Stripe for checkout/payment processing, and Apple iCloud email for customer communication and delivery. Your photo, pet details and brief are shared with the production provider only as needed to make the purchased items; your email and delivery package are handled by the email provider. Stripe receives the payment and billing details you enter at checkout. Payment-card details are entered in Stripe, not stored by this order form.

These providers apply their own privacy, security and retention terms. Our 30-day working-file removal procedure does not guarantee deletion from provider backups or override their legal obligations. Photo submission is permission to fulfill the order, not permission to publish the photo or artwork in marketing. No advertising tracking or automatic AI production is running on this site.

Payments

Checkout opens Stripe for real payment. A saved brief or return-page visit does not prove payment. The owner independently verifies Stripe payment status before production. Card details are handled by Stripe.

Your digital package

One pet, digital files, no physical item or shipping. Portrait CA$19.99; optional Career Mode +CA$14.99, printable poem card +CA$9.99 and theme song +CA$19.99. The portrait includes one coloring page, phone/profile versions and a short reveal. Optional songs are created with Suno, reviewed and delivered as an MP3 with lyrics. No exclusive copyright, artist imitation or streaming placement is promised. See the file specifications and provider disclosure below.

No subscription, no marketing opt-in, no sharing with advertisers. Short-lived hashed network identifiers may be used for intake-rate limits; no advertising analytics are installed.

Cancellation, corrections and remedies for paid orders

You may cancel for a full refund before production begins. Once production has started, contact us if the delivered package misses the agreed brief or result. We will offer an appropriate correction or refund remedy. One consolidated correction request covering the purchased items must be emailed within 7 days of delivery. This request window does not limit statutory consumer rights or remedies.

Unpaid uploads and briefs

If you submit a photo and brief but do not pay, we schedule the abandoned upload and brief for manual removal seven days after submission. Before removal, we reconcile Stripe payments so a paid order awaiting a match is not treated as abandoned. Unresolved payment matching, an active dispute or a legal retention obligation can delay removal until resolved. This is an owner-managed process, not automatic expiry. Contact support if you paid but have not received confirmation.

Production-file retention

For paid orders, we remove uploaded photos and production files from our working storage 30 days after the latest completed delivery, including a revised delivery when applicable. Download and keep your package. Removal is handled manually by the owner, with a due-date checklist and explicit confirmation; it is not an automatic expiry service. An unresolved revision, dispute or legal retention obligation can delay removal until resolved.

Order, payment, consent and audit records needed for accounting, disputes or legal obligations are retained separately; this is not a promise to erase every business record. Working copies held in production tools or delivery mailboxes are included in the owner's cleanup review, subject to provider-controlled backups and legally required retention.
